Its happened to all of us, where we have bought something we thought was great, but when we got home it either didnt fit, didnt look right, or just basically sucked. What i want to know, is who has been the most helpful and the worst when you have had to return items or claim a refund? Have they even let you have a refund? So many places have varying refund policies it is tough to keep track of what regulations they have, and that alone can lead to trouble, has it affected you?
