How about adding a certain name to us like instead of junior member, maybe something like shop- a- holic .. just something that we can aspire to reaching and an incentive for people to post..

Plus I know you might not like it, but rep is another idea .. it always makes me feel happy when I get a bit of recognition for my posts by other members :D

Can we have avatars because I love avatars ?
